3. Digital Products and Licensing
All products sold are digital in nature and may include Master Resale Rights (MRR) or Private Label Rights (PLR) as specified on the product page. By purchasing, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use and/or resell the product in accordance with the associated license agreement.
You do not gain ownership of the intellectual property. All rights remain with the original creator, Amy Southcott / Phoenix Digital Marketing Solutions.

4. License Restrictions
Unless explicitly stated in your license, you may not:
Modify or rebrand products sold under MRR
Resell PLR or MRR versions of the original course without meeting the outlined price and access terms
Pass on PLR rights if your license is limited (e.g. PLR Lite: 1 license per month)
Misrepresent yourself as the original creator or use our branding
Violation of these terms will result in immediate license termination.
5. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Pricing floors for resale are part of the license conditions and must be followed by resellers.
6. Delivery of Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically. Access is typically provided instantly via our platform or by email.
If you resell a product with centralized access (e.g. DPM MRR), your buyers will be granted access directly by the Licensor through our delivery system.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content is non-refundable once download or access has begun, provided the buyer has acknowledged and agreed to waive their cancellation rights at checkout.
By completing your purchase, you:
Confirm that the product is digital
Understand that access is delivered immediately
Waive your 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law
Therefore, no refunds will be offered unless access has not been granted due to technical error.
8. Intellectual Property
All product content, site text, graphics, branding, and digital materials remain the intellectual property of Phoenix Digital Marketing Solutions. Reproduction, sharing, or repackaging without a valid license is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees of specific outcomes or income results from using our products. All materials are provided “as-is” and are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
We are not liable for:
Loss of income, sales, or profits
Business interruption
Any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products
