Licensing Terms & Agreements
At Phoenix Digital Marketing Solutions, all digital products are sold with clearly defined resale or private label rights. These rights are granted through legally binding licenses, which govern how each product may be used, modified, and resold.
Please ensure you read and understand the specific license for any product you purchase. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in the applicable license agreement.
🔐 Types of Licenses
Master Resale Rights (MRR):
Gives you the right to resell the product as-is, usually at a fixed minimum price. You may not modify or rebrand the content unless otherwise stated.
Private Label Rights (PLR):
Gives you the right to edit, rebrand, and resell the product as your own. Additional conditions may apply depending on the version (Lite or Pro).
📂 Product-Specific License Agreements
Below are the licenses that apply to each product sold through our platform:
💼 Digital Products Starter Kit (MRR)
This license allows resale of the Starter Kit for no less than £65. Rebranding, modification, and bundling are not permitted.

💼 Digital Products Mini Course (MRR)
This license allows resale of the Mini Course for no less than £150. No editing, repackaging, or price reduction is permitted.

💼 Digital Products Mastery (DPM) – MRR Version
Grants resale rights for the original course content (with bonuses) for no less than £395. Modifications and PLR pass-on are not allowed.

🖊️ Digital Products Mastery (DPM) – PLR Lite
Allows full rebranding and resale under your own name. MRR may be passed on for your rebranded version. You may pass on PLR to one buyer per calendar month, provided the price is no less than £1250.

🖊️ Digital Products Mastery (DPM) – PLR Pro
Full PLR license with no pricing restrictions. Allows unlimited resale of your rebranded version, including the right to pass on both MRR and PLR to your customers.
